G: Good morning, are you here for a tour?

H: Yes, I would love to see this place, I saw it online and had to have a look!

G: Well, you’re in for a treat. This 2000 square metre villa property is nestled in the mountains of Eze, overlooking the stunning Cote D’Azur, with glistening views for miles around.

H: It does look pretty! How many rooms does this villa have?

H: That’s good to hear! What sort of green initiatives does this villa contain then?

G: Good question! So the villa has its own water purifying system to ensure that water isn’t wasted, as well as solar panels which are capable of powering a respectable portion of the villa; 40% of the system is run on green energy.

H: I’m happy to hear that! That is a reasonable amount for solar power! I’m guessing the lights are eco-friendly fittings as well?

G: Indeed they are, this villa has taken steps to ensure complete efficiency; even the taps are designed to preserve water usage!

H: It’s perfect, such a beautiful villa- the views blew me away!

G: Well, should you wish to buy this villa, we will ask for a down payment of 40% of the asking price, and then you can pay the rest in 3 blocks of 20% interest free within the first year, or altogether once the first payment has been confirmed.
